Educator Experience connects local educators with area businesses and industries through immersive workplace experiences. By learning firsthand about career opportunities and workforce needs, educators can bring valuable real-world insights back to their classrooms and better prepare students for future careers.

Internship Network

The Internship Network connects college interns with one another, local employers, and the Bismarck-Mandan community. Through networking events and community experiences, interns build professional relationships, explore the region, and discover the opportunities available to launch their careers here after graduation.

Job Shadow Week introduces high school students to careers across the Bismarck-Mandan region by connecting them with local employers for hands-on workplace experiences. Students gain valuable insight into different industries while employers have the opportunity to inspire and engage the next generation of talent.
