I am so excited and honored to be part of the Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC team! As a native of Bismarck, I am passionate about this community and everything it has to offer.
I joined the organization in November 2023 as the Membership Sales and Retention Director, and during my time in that role, I developed a deep understanding of our membership base, which led me to my current role as Director of Membership Development. In this capacity, I serve as part of the Membership Engagement team overseeing sponsorships, advertising, and events, ultimately working to create exceptional experiences for our members. I continue to sell new memberships, retain existing ones, and serve as the staff representative for the Ambassador Committee.
I graduated from the University of Mary in April 2022, where I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a minor in Public Relations. I was also a proud member of the women's soccer team during my time there.
When I am not working, you can find me at the airport or in my car traveling to just about anywhere and everywhere. I also enjoy hiking, running, yoga, biking, and spending quality time with my family, nieces and nephews, and my dog!

Outside of work, he enjoys supporting local initiatives and exploring the outdoors in the Bismarck-Mandan area. Adam's attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to service make him an invaluable addition to the Chamber EDC team.

I have called Bismarck home my entire life. As I completed my Communication degree with a focus in Public Relations at the University of Mary, I was given the opportunity to become more involved in my community. I fell in love with all the amazing things Bismarck-Mandan has to offer and knew I wanted to continue serving this area. I first began working in the Bismarck community with the Bismarck Larks, where I worked as the Event Experience Intern. Following the passion I had for events, I interned again for a corporate event company, 13th Hat Business and Event Strategy. In my final learning experience, I became involved with the marketing company, Agency MABU, as an intern and later came on as an apprentice for their team. In every path I followed, I was able to do what I enjoy by engaging with the people and community around me.
In my personal life, I love exploring the world around me with my husband, Joey, and our dog, Tuli. We enjoy hiking and various outdoor activities; we do our best to visit at least one national park each year.
I am thrilled to be joining this Bismarck-Mandan Chamber EDC as the Event Coordinator!
Frankie Barry
As the Membership Engagement Coordinator at the Bismarck Mandan Chamber EDC, I enjoy connecting with local businesses to support their growth and success within the North Dakota community I’ve grown up in and love. In my role, I work with members to increase their visibility through sponsorship and advertising opportunities that align with their goals. I enjoy helping members build meaningful connections, highlight their stories, and stay engaged within the Chamber EDC community.
I am a graduate of the University of Mary, with a B.S. in Strategic Communication and minors in Photography/Design and Marketing. That, along with my experience with the St. Mary’s High School Cheer Team, Huff Hills Ski Area, and the Bismarck Larks, helped me develop expertise in community engagement and public relations. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and being with my two nieces, who I love to brag about!
Noah Vroman
Noah Vroman is the Business Development Coordinator at the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber EDC. In his role, Noah assists in the Chamber EDC's economic development efforts, working with both established businesses and new entrepreneurs to grow the Bismarck-Mandan community. Noah will also spearhead our Business Retention & Expansion program, where he looks forward to meeting with our community members to learn about how the Chamber EDC can help better our local business climate.
Originally from Minnesota, Noah moved to North Dakota in 2020 to attend the University of Mary. During the next four years, he fell in love with the Bismarck-Mandan area and all the unique happenings, businesses, and amenities that it has to offer. When he graduated in the spring of 2024, Noah knew he wanted to stay in the area. The opportunity to work at the Chamber EDC to assist in developing these important elements of our community is exciting, as it allows him to pair together his work and community. When he's not at work, Noah enjoys spending time outside during all four of North Dakota's seasons, going on road trips, and spending time with friends and family.

I am so excited to be a part of the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber EDC. Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, I spent my first two years of undergrad at the University of Mary in Bismarck before transferring to a small college in Michigan. I earned my B.A. in English Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Adrian College. After spending some time away, I am thrilled to be back in the Bismarck-Mandan area.
As the Content & Communications Coordinator, I enjoy connecting with members and businesses throughout the area and contributing to the creation of the monthly Chamber EDC Connection magazine. I was drawn to the Chamber EDC for its strong dedication to building and supporting the community, and I am excited to help communicate its mission.
In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities such as running, hiking, and skiing. I also love spending time with friends and family and being the “cool auntie” to my nieces and nephews.
