Policy Development

The Chamber EDC is proud to be the collective voice of more than 1,200 members, working to advance policies that support a strong business climate. We stay connected with North Dakota’s Congressional Delegation and their staff to ensure our members have access to the right people and opportunities to engage directly on federal issues. At the state level, we bring together the Bismarck-Mandan Legislative Delegation each quarter to keep lines of communication open and to shape a legislative agenda that reflects input from our Government Affairs Committee. Locally, we’re building stronger relationships with city, county, school, and park leaders by creating space for regular conversations through a new collaborative committee and our Local Issues Committee, giving the business community a direct seat at the table.
