Ready to invest in your leadership growth? Empowering Women in Business is a competitive cohort designed for women looking to strengthen their leadership skills and professional impact.

Cohort Mission:
Empowering Women in Business is a program that allows you to make connections with others in the business community while learning powerful leadership skills that you can implement into your day to day work. We will focus on learning about ourselves and how we respond to different scenarios in the workplace and gain a better understanding of leading ourselves and our teams.

Goals:

• Address unique challenges that women face every day in business.
• Learn how to challenge professional norms and how you can make your career work around your professional and personal goals.
• Network with other professional women in the Bismarck-Mandan area.
• Build confidence in your leadership skill set.

Frequency:

• Every month on 3^rd Tuesday of the month
  (Beginning in April, ending in September)
• 3 hour meeting from 11am-2pm (lunch provided)
• Attendance at all sessions is critical.
