Kelvin Hullet, President I am the president of the Chamber and spend my days thinking about how to make Bismarck-Mandan a better place.
We have tremendous staff at the Chamber who work every day to implement the vision created by the Board of Directors.
Much of my time is spent working with elected officials on policy at the local, state and national levels that impact business. I also serve as the spokesperson for the Chamber, which means I do a lot of interviews and visits with community and civic groups.
In my spare time, I can be found scooping the snow, cleaning the windows or generally staying out of the staff's way while they get things done.

Sally Paulson, Program Director
I have the best job in the world! Working in a great office filled with great people, I am the Chamber face for the Business Education Partnership Committee, Junior Achievement, and the Excellence in Business Committee.
What does that mean, you ask? That means I get to work with great programs and events such as Celebrate Bismarck-Mandan, our annual small business recognition event; Outstanding Teacher of the Year, Bismarck-Mandan Student Chamber of Commerce, New Teacher Welcome and Ethics Day. My goal with my programs is to make sure the business and educational communities stay connected and continue to work together to help mold our future workforce.
I gently balance work and personal life with my husband, four kids, two dogs and a grand-puppy!

Dot Frank, Marketing & Communications Director
Brought onboard as a communications specialist in Oct. 2008, I quickly commandeered print and electronic communications responsibilities, namely the Chamber Connection, ChamberLink and the Chamber website.
I am fortunate to have a flexible schedule, thanks to technology, a progressive employer and self-motivation. My telecommuting work arrangement includes limited office hours Monday through Friday.
At home I enjoy spending time with my children, three dogs and a great husband.

Peg Iszler, Director of First Impressions
I was a new face added during the facelift of the new Chamber building in October 2007. My role as director of first impressions includes greeting members and the public in person from the front desk and over the phone, fax and e-mail.
I also serve as the gatekeeper to the rest of the staff. If you visit the Chamber, which I encourage you to do, you'll have to go through me to get to them.
Other responsibilities include scheduling usage of our three conference rooms, managing the relocation packet program and light building maintenance (Think temp control and critter control; kitties and rabbits roam our grounds regularly.).

Ryan Parsons, Membership Director
As the membership director, I work to keep the Chamber growing. Starting at the Chamber in March of 2008, I hit the ground running. Getting out into the community and meeting business owners and operators, gives me a hands-on feel for the members, current and future, of the Chamber.
When not talking to potential members and explaining the finer points of membership, I attend ribbon cuttings and assist in the production and execution of various Chamber events.

Jesse Sailer, Membership Services Director I became a full-time staff member of the Chamber in January of 2011. My internship with the Chamber led me to this position after my graduation from the University of Mary. I love Chamber events and working with the businesses of Bismarck-Mandan, so I am excited to put my personal touch on many Chamber happenings.
I am lucky to have great programs such as the Annual Dinner, Membership Mixers, National Hot Topic Luncheon, Dinner on the Plazas, Lunch and Learns, the Total Resource Campaign and many more. However, the most important responsibility that I have is to ensure that all of our members are getting the most value from their investment. I have an open-door policy and am here for your membership needs.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, running, volunteering for Junior Acheivement, planning my November wedding, and being a member of the Young Professionals Network.

Susie Kocourek, Senior Program Director I am entering into my 29th year with the Chamber. My experience dates back to the Mandan Chamber prior to the Bismarck and Mandan merger in 1990.
You might say that Chamber is in my blood as my father was the executive director of the Mandan Chamber of Commerce for 21 years.
Because of my tenure and not my age, my title is senior program director. In that position, I am responsible for the Ambassador and Agriculture Committees and Leadership Bismarck-Mandan program have the opportunity to coordinate some fun events for our members including, the golf outing, holiday mixer and spring mixer.

Annie Bergrud, Chief Accounting Officer
A new face at the Chamber, I was brought on board as chief accounting officer in November of 2011. I have the privilege to keep accurate financial records, watch the cash flow and monitor budgets; all of this to assure the Chamber provides can provide the best service possible for its members and our Bismarck-Mandan community!
I am very excited to be part of such a great organization and work with the great people that work here.
When not on the clock, I enjoy spending time with my family, scrapbooking all those enjoyable moments and running.
