Bismarck Burleigh Public Health will hold its final two H1N1 Vaccination Clinics today and Thursday, Feb. 11. The clinics will run from 2-6 p.m. at Bismarck Burleigh Public Health located at 500 E. Front Ave. in Bismarck. There will be NO CHARGE for this service. Although this is the final public clinic, the vaccination will still be available by appointment.
People 65 years and older are now encouraged to seek vaccination against H1N1. Other vaccination priority groups encouraged to get vaccinated include:
• Pregnant Women and New Moms • College students • 2nd dose for children 9 years and under if it has been 28 days since 1st shot • People ages 25-64 with chronic medical conditions
People presenting influenza symptoms are asked not to attend. In addition, participants should wear short sleeves and obey posted parking signs.
