Bismarck Takes Top Unemployment Spot Posted on 9/30/2009
CNNMoney.com's recently published employment stats, from the Labor Department's August findings, place Bismarck in the top spot for lowest unemployment levels.
"The metro area with the lowest unemployment rate in August was Bismarck, N.D., at 3.3%. That was followed by Fargo, N.D., at 4.1% and Rapid City, S.D., at 4.2% unemployment."
