About Leadership
Since it's inception in 1990, the Chamber's Leadership Bismarck-Mandan program has, each year, sought out individuals in our community to serve as change agents willing to engage in and facilitate the process of community growth.
The Leadership Bismarck-Mandan program provides participants the opportunity to develop unprecedented community awareness. The program sets the tone for responding to change by challenging participants to do more, give more, take ownership and get involved.
