Morton County Ag Day

Morton County Farm Bureau and the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce are proud to sponsor AG DAY 2010 on March 18 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Mandan Community Center. This free, educational, fun-filled event highlights agriculture and demonstrates how the states top industry plays a role in everyday life.
There will be many booths with information about agriculture that include handouts, viewing, touching, tasting, smelling and feeling. Participants can stop and pet some of many different types of farm and exotic animals from chicks, chickens and rabbits to calves, cows, colts, sheep, puppies, pigs, goats and more. There will be live demos on sheep shearing through out the day.
Spectators may come and go as needed; expect to spend an hour or two at this agriculture event to ensure time to cuddle with the cute, lovable, fuzzy baby animals.
