Chamber Connection Submission Guidelines
• Not all material submitted is guaranteed to be published.
• One article, per company and limited to 100 words may be published per month on employee promotions or new company employees with a maximum of two photos. (Single photo submission limited to 65 words.)
• One article per month pertaining to employee certifications, company announcements, local, regional or national awards. Articles must be limited to 150 words and be copy ready for publication.
• Press releases regarding major company announcements will be accepted and reviewed for part of the news section of the Chamber Connection.
Submission Info:
• Please send your Chamber Connection information to: news@bismarckmandan.com, Attn: Chamber Connection.
• If you are sending a photo(s), please attach them with your press release. Photos must be in a jpeg, pdf, tiff or other file format. Publisher or Word documents will not be accepted.
• Deadlines vary per month. Typically, the deadline falls on the 12th of the previous month. (Example: if you sumbit info on August 4, it would be printed in the Septemeber issue. If you submit info on August 24, it would be printed in the October issue.)
